[July 4th Weekend]

We were on the road again to Storm Lake for the 4th of July weekend! This was the 1st time we had traveled as a family of 4 (5 if you include Crimson) in the van. Josh was very determined that Keatin would wear these headphones to watch her DVD...it lasted about 5 minutes. :) Maybe as she gets older...


We stayed at G & G Barber's house on Friday & Saturday night. Keatin kept hopping up on the recliner...so I got my 2 cuties up there together. :)



Grandpa and Josh were golfing and Grandma Barber was taking friends on her boat, so Keatin, Will, and I went for a walk on Saturday morning to one of the parks on the lake. I had to catch a few pictures of my little man...we all had fun. :)





Saturday afternoon I went to a baby shower for my high school friend Ann and her new little angel Danika...seriously, so small and precious. :)


Josh convinced Keatin to get in the lake for a little bit on Saturday afternoon...well, not actually all the way IN, but she did sit on this raft. :)


Back on the recliner...I love these 2!

Lyle, Becca, and Jack joined us in Storm Lake on Sunday afternoon (Lyle and I were running together in the Ride/Run on Monday morning). When they showed up, Keatin and Jack looked like twins in their matching 4th of July gear!

We headed back to Ames Monday afternoon...it was a great 4th of July! And just because he is so stinkin' cute...here is my Will. :)
