Yeah - I actually got the pictures scanned in today...I am on the ball! If they are too small, I believe you can click on the pictures and they will appear bigger. ENJOY!

Happy Day-After-Easter!
Just wanted to let everyone know that Josh and I had our 20-week ultrasound this morning, and everything looked great with our baby! We did not find out the sex, not that I would have known what to look for. :) It was amazing to see our little one look like a real human being! Our baby was set up in the breech position (which is somewhat interesting since I was breech and my mom had to have a C-section). However, they said it is not uncommon at this stage in the game, and the baby will likely move around many, many more times before we get to the end of the pregnancy. The baby had the hiccups as we watched, and he/she just kept peeking his/her face forward for the camera. All the bones looked great, the upper lip was intact, the spine was wonderful, and we got to watch the 4-chamber heart beat over and over. Oh - and I got my tummy measured for the 1st time! Anyways, we have LOTS of pictures, but I am not at school today...so will get them scanned tomorrow and post them for everyone to see! The heartbeat was between 140-144...is it a boy? However, at other appointments it has been as high as 160 and as low as 130... :) Guess we will have to wait to find out!

A weekend update...
Happy Saturday to everyone! I was EXHAUSTED last night - it was our first full week of school without a late start, early out, and no school since the first week back from Christmas!!!! I know - crazy, huh? I wasn't used to working all week - ha ha! :)
I had to run by the lab at my OBGYN clinic yesterday and get some bloodwork done because there are 3 cases of chicken pox at school and 1 case of Fifths Disease. I guess since I have had chicken pox, they aren't really worried about me being exposed to that...but the Fifths Disease is more of a concern. So, we will wait 5-7 days to get the bloodwork back and see if I am immune to Fifths Disease. There is nothing I can do at this point to avoid the student, etc. because I have already been exposed... I wasn't quite so worried when I showed up to get the paperwork for the lab, and the ladies at the front desk told me I was one of MANY who have been in to get the same immunity checked! Fifths Disease must be on the lose! :)
Oh - my friend Sarah in Omaha called me yesterday to tell me she had a dream about our baby...and it was a girl. So - Sarah and Josh must be having the same dreams!
Enjoy the pics below - my tummy is sticking out more and more every day, and I am certainly feeling "bigger" all the time!

A new baby revelation... :)
Let the Baby Barber predictions begin!
Here is my theory on the sex of our baby...in the last year, all of our friends who DID NOT find out the sex of their baby had a boy. We are not going to find out...so are we going to have a boy? And our friends Megan and Todd, who are due about 2 weeks before us, just found out yesterday that they are going to have a boy...so maybe it will be boys all the way around!
Josh's prediction - we will break the "mold" and have a girl. Hmmm - if you have any thoughts, let us know! :)

ISU/K-State Game
Just a funny, random piece of information to share...Josh and I went to the ISU/K-State BB game over the weekend with Sterls, and...Josh wore an ISU shirt - AAHH! He is indeed a closet ISU fan - ha ha! (He would be so mad that I told everyone...)
In other baby news, I can now say I have officially had "morning sickness" - I threw up 2 mornings last week... Kind of strange and hope it won't happen again. :)

Sorry it has been so long...
I apologize it has been SO long! I know I give my friends a hard time when I check their webpages and nothing new to see...now that is me! This is the first time I have been home for more than a 4 hour span when I wasn't sleeping since last Thursday, so I am trying to catch up on MANY things...and finally got some of these pics uploaded.
I have had MANY dance team things in the last week, and just had my team's drill team night last night...so I am done! I have resigned my position as dance team coach for next year. It is a big time commitment and I LOVE the dancing/choreographing...just not all the other high school drama that goes with it. SO - no dance team for me next year...but I would still be willing to make up dances for someone else (as long as they deal with all the other "stuff"). But, my team did win a trophy this year at state competition, so I feel as if I accomplished the BIG thing my team wanted.
Anyways, below are a few photos - check them out and I promise to not stay away so long next time around!
Josh's outfit choice for our baby...
Crimson and Megan's outfit choice for our baby... :)
OK - I am being very brave here and showing everyone my stomach - AAHH! This was taken last night, so this is me at 16.5 weeks...almost 17 weeks.
Ann came to watch drill team night, and joined in on the picture fun! Whose tummy is bigger??? Ha ha!
