We have spent the last 3 days playing in the snow! Glad we got to enjoy it...it is supposed to be below zero tomorrow...yuck.

almost Christmas Eve!

Happy almost-Christmas-Eve from the Barbers! We have had a great couple days and have already had lots of "little" Christmas celebrations...and the BIG day isn't even here yet! Keatin CANNOT wait for tomorrow and has been working hard making lots of treats and trinkets for Santa. :)

Thanksgiving 2013

We have exsisted prior to Will's birthday-ha! Geez...I got way behind on the blog!

We were in Storm Lake for thanksgiving...got to play with old dance costumes, be silly, see family, and eat great food!

Back in Des Moines the day after thanksgiving...we took the kids to Disney on Ice!

Our little man is officially 3! This does make me a bit sentimental to think my baby is 3...however, we  had SO MUCH FUN celebrating Will the last couple days that I will focus on that instead! :)

Will's birthday was Friday and he started his day off in his "birthday chair"...and then was quickly dressed to get to his 3 year old doctor's appointment! Luckily, he didn't have to endure any shots on his birthday...but as you can see below, Josh reported he was not a big fan of the doctor's gown. :) (I actually laughed out loud when Josh sent me this photo!)

And then yesterday, we had a little party to celebrate our 3 year old...and it was SUPER! We had a super-hero theme, complete with Superman photo drop and personalized Superman capes! It was a great afternoon - Will is one loved little guy. :)

William Paul...I LOVE you to the moon and back. Happy 3rd birthday!

We were on operation put up our Christmas decorations this morning...it is an exhausting job, but we got most things up!

...and finally gave up on no-shave November-yay! (That scary mustache is gone now too!)
