(A Monday)

It is a Monday...I am tired:)

Last Monday, G & G Petersen came to eat lunch with Keatin and about 150 other 5 year olds...

Keatin had her fall party on Friday...

And we had a late birthday celebration for Reid with DeWilds last night...look at these 4 cool kids...

This is us in the last week...

The day the Bears and Chiefs were on TV at the same time...this was Josh's brainchild. :)

Keatin has been working hard at school...

We painted our pumpkins over the weekend...

I took Keatin and our neighbor AJ to a Halloween event on Saturday...

And on Sunday, Keatin & I completed a 5K that raised money for neuroblastoma. Yes, Keatin walked the whole thing! (I ran.) This was a special race because a boy in Keatin's kindergarten class is currently battling this cancer & we completed the race in honor of him. Below is a post-race picture with Keatin, her kindergarten teacher, Landon ( the boy with cancer), and 2 other classmates who were there as well. I am so glad we did this together. :)

It is almost...Hump Day! (Imagine that sounds like the camel commercial...) :)

Geisler Farms

Two weekends ago (I know, I am behind), we went to a small pumpkin patch between Ankeny and Bondurant-Geisler Farms. It was a chilly morning, but the kids really enjoyed themselves...which means my heart was full...I love seeing their joy! We came home with 3 pumpkins to keep...and 3 to share with our neighbors!

Not sure if we have a future cheerleader on our hands or not...but she did have fun at a little cheer clinic the other night!
