Hope everyone is staying warm on this COLD Saturday!

We were on operation put up our Christmas decorations this morning...it is an exhausting job, but we got most things up!

...and finally gave up on no-shave November-yay! (That scary mustache is gone now too!)

(Pumpkin Carving)

I am tardy in getting our pumpkin carving pictures posted...but Josh & the kids...okay, really just Josh carved our big pumpkin last Monday night. K & W both put their hand in once & that was enough. :) I don't blame them. :) Josh carved a great ghost on the front...but of course I don't have a picture of the finished product...oops! Trust me, it was good!
